Sutter Capital Group acquired this centrally located R Street corridor site in an off market transaction and is developing the site into a mixed-use project comprised of 47 luxury residential units above approximately 8,900 SF of ground floor commercial and retail space. The project is strategically located adjacent to the transformative Ice Blocks project within the heart of the R Street corridor, the entertainment hub of Midtown Sacramento.
