Sutter Capital Group is developing a mixed-use project consisting of 47 residential units above 8,600 SF of commercial space.  The project is well located in Midtown Sacramento and adjacent to the transformative Ice Blocks development in the R Street corridor.  The units will be designed with high end finishes, outdoor balconies and a 1:1 parking ratio.  The ground floor space will offer flexibility for different types of commercial uses including a F&B option with a large outdoor seating area along Rice Alley & 17th Street.  Sutter Capital Group plans to break ground in Q4 2021 with delivery of units expected in early 2023.
